I can’t even tell from the video what type of critter this was. Small dog? I’m also not sure who to side with here, though the truck driver seems like he’s being very aggressive.

The uploader’s video description “Was on a deadline. Outta my way b****.” is completely irrelevant to how a situation like this should be handled. Being in a hurry changes NOTHING.
Blocking traffic was the first bad decision made here, but the truck driver decided to make some poor choices of his own (and caught it all on camera, too). Passing multiple stopped cars like that (especially with oncoming cars in view) was a massively stupid thing to do, especially if the truck had a trailer attached.
As Echo51 pointed out, the dog could have been herded AWAY from the road while they work on trying to catch it. If that had happened, the truck driver could have saved his road rage for someone else.

I see your point. That’s my bottom line, I think. Women herding dog-thing could’ve been more responsible about doing it, but the trucker was out of line.

Still, I have to applaud that degree of self-unawareness required to upload that video. It must be nice to wake up every morning and see George Clooney staring back at you in the mirror.
